8 July 2012: Pamphlet, Brochure, Magnets and Stickers: A lot of hard work has finally paid off with the success of our new brochure and pamphlet that has been printed and on its way into cities all over South Africa! The pamphlet is A5 double sided covering things to do at Seaview Lion Park, while the folded brochure is 8 sides packed with everything there is to know about Seaview Lion Park – from our Breeding Programs to Sanctuary and Volunteering Program and everything in between, we will post a copy for you guys to enjoy! To coincide with these, we also created fridge magnets, bumper stickers and large car stickers for the visiting public to purchase, although they’ve become a hit with all the volunteers and staff who can’t resist wanting a copy of each! A huge thank you to all of those people who participated in some way as your beautiful designs and input were greatly appreciated and we can’t wait for you to see the result!
May 2012: Seaview has updated the internet infrastructure and it will now be available throughout the park. With better internet reception for the restaurant and now for the cabins, this upgrade will provide faster and stronger internet access at a one time fee of R150.00 per person. We are also building 6 new cabins for volunteers accommodation for our growing numbers of international volunteers!
